hello all.
went shopping with mom today.
bought another pair of black skinnies ( finally), red n black checkered shirt, turquoise shirt-dress, black skirt, accessories and hot pink n blue eyeliners! weeee.
yupp. spent most of my day shopping today.
den reached hme, changed.
went to e park to do brisk walking! 20mins.
was sweating like mad.
was eating dinner at e foodcourt at bugis junction today.
didnt wanna eat but my stomach was hurting so terribly. GASTRIC ATTACK agn.. URGGHHH.
so ate beef noodles soup, till i cried. mom was like trying to console me.
but seriously, i dun wanna eat. im so fat.
i cry everytime i eat. im so sick of it. so sick.
i tried to use a penknife n cut out my fats, but it hurts so bad.
idk. im just gonna workout like mad n eat as little as i can.
schduele for workout :
-skipping every morning. (100 or more)
-brisk walking every min (20 mins)
-gyming/swimming thrice a week.
food intake today :
-half a bowl of honey oat cereal
-half a cup of bubble tea
-half a bowl of minestrone soup
-half a sandwhich
-half a mango
-beef noodles soup
THIS IS SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE. MY FOOD INTAKE IS GETTING MORE.
MOMSY SAYS ITS BECAUSE I WORKOUT SO I NEED MORE FOOD.
YES ITS TRUE, BUT I DUN WANNA EAT AT ALL! URGH! I HATE MY FATS.
