ey, im always feeling left out la.
tsk. wtf. i hate this feeling. no wait, its not even a feeling. its TRUE.
read up some ideas online.
-eat celery - highly composed with water. crunchy, which causes you to eat less. 'CATABOLIC FOOD'
-eat spicy food - known to fire up ur metabolism rate. eg, SALSA & MUSTARD which are fat free n low cal.
-vinegar - reduces appetite. drink 1-2 tblespn before a meal.
-drink water like a fish - drink water or diet soda every hour. everytime u wanna snack, drink water. ICE WATER is better cause your body burns more calories to heat up.
- sit up straight! - burns more calories.
- choose smth other than eating - chewing gum, smoking, water, iced tea, sugarless mints, diet coke.
-chewing - chew only! DO NOT SWALLOW. (this one's a lil tough mann..)
