hello all.
today was agn another peaceful day.
but i was awakened in a very pissing way. shall not talk abt it.
anw, it forced me outta bed too. so its all good. =)
went jogging today. for 20 mins. =)
but i was really really giddy n damn weak aft tt.
i think cause i ate real little before i went to jog.
and i added 5 mins. mhmm. but its alright! working out is good.
mom thought me a new diet tt she tried before.
it helps u lose weight, but healthly. =)
i shall share it with all u guys out thr who wanna lose weight too!
eat breakfast as per normal.
half an hour or an hour before lunch and dinner, eat lotsa fruits until u cant alr.
eat rice on alternate days.
on days with no rice, eat meat n vege.
with rice, eat lesser meat.
yupp! tts abt it! simple.
oh rmb, DRINK A LOT OF WATER during th day. yupp. =)
