i am gg back to my healthy lifestyle.
it got screwed up when i was having exams cause i was so stressed i kept eating chocolate bars and other nonsense. haha.
so i went grocery shopping just now and bought apples, oranges, yogurt & bread.
did my new workout routine today.
and im gg swimmimg tmr.
